Five matching antique ceramic glazed 6 inch square tiles made around 1900 probably. Commonly used in old cast iron fireplaces (they usually have 5 down each side) or in wash stand splashbacks, though they can be used in lots of decorative situations. These ones have an embossed, tube-lined floral design with red carnations and green leaves. Condition is pretty good: one has a chipped corner (see pics) and there are various other scuffs and dings though nothing unexpected for the age. Price is for all five Dimensions: 154mm sq x 9mm
